Ok, I work M-F and banker hours and it's difficult to get to the dealer for regular maintenance. They for now offer pick up and delivery of your vehicle! They showed up to my house, I text them where the key was and off they went. Great customer service!
Purchased a 2024 Ranger from Aaron last Saturday. Salesman Andy was good. Jordan Smith spent ample time going over the basics of the truck and answered my questions. Jordan said come back if I have more questions. Awesome guy. Fernando in finance was also easy to work with. So far, Aaron was impressive.
Do I dare review a car dealership? I always feel like I'm getting ripped off when I buy a car! So I won't say too much. Overall, the guys were nice. They worked hard for the sale. The transaction was efficient. It seems we got a good price compared to the same vehicle at other dealerships. We survived! Let's not do this again too soon though.

No pressure and I mean NO PRESSURE....respectful and let me walk away without ever asking for my number or any other tactic. I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Absolutely by far the worst customer service I have had from a business, ever. I got my truck serviced here in March of this year. I paid for the service in full, and then realized when I got home that our original bumper to bumper warranty was still active, and should cover the work that was done. Arron ford on two occasions responded to my location to fix a recall problem on my truck. The last warranty problem was taken care by them where I took my pickup in to fix the gas door which took a little work to repair. I was kept informed of the progress of the work and the time it would take which was very comfortable to me. I highly recommend their service.

I use Aaron Ford to service my motor home. The service department is well managed and the service writer (Adam) is responsive to my concerns. Service is done right the first time and usually finished before the promised time. I am very picky and I will continue to use Aaron Ford.
My vehicle was subject to a recall regarding tail lights. I got an appointment for 9:00 AM a few days later. I arrived, gave them my vehicle, and was told it would take about 2 hours and they would call me when it was ready. They provided me a ride home. About 4:00 PM, I still had not received a call. Our new Newmar Bay Star threw a check engine light while traveling through California. We had it towed and dropped here after hours. Mike took care of the issue within a couple days and replaced the plug wire under warranty.
Service was great. Only giving four stars due to the wait time for my vehicle. I had made an appointment for first thing in the morning and it wasn’t done until the end of the day for an oil change and tire rotation. Otherwise, great experience and will be going back.
Got my mudflap replaced, had the recalled part charging part replaced and censors recalibrated. Drives great and looks like my range has increased to 320+. Haven’t fully charged, but current range divided by percentage left gives an estimate above. But we’ll see. Jaime is great and knew me by face when he saw me. Car was washed and cleaned inside and out. Awesome job!!!

The service rep Mike was awesome and took care of all the issues I had with the truck (he was much more customer focused than some of the other reps). Mike made sure I understood all of the options and didn’t try to overcharge or take advantage. He was able to confirm the issues I had and schedule repairs immediately. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future service/repairs!
